How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten or lost your password, you'll need to reset it. Here's how.

Step 1: Enter your username or email into the text box and click Get New Password.

Step 2: We’ll send an email to your Primary Email Address and an SMS to your Recovery SMS Number, if you specified one, to help you recover your account.

Step 3: Click the link in your email, and you’ll be able to enter a new password.

Step 4: Enter your new password, and you’ll be ready to go!
